the room had a minibar i found this useful the fitness room offered ample space and i was able to exercise without feeling crowded it included various equipment.

i noticed some delays when i requested assistance with my luggage upon arrival it eventually reached my room but it took longer than expected

The hotel gym features good equipment. I found the rooftop bar was modern. The personnel remained helpful, a very good thing. The cocktail card had very good variety.

The cleaning staff could not let me back in my room when I forgot my keycard.

Mr. Jirka at the front desk provided great service. He assisted a guest checking in and then addressed a couple holding a pet, ensuring I was helped next. The hotel has extraordinary service from the Executive lounge staff to the team members that kept the 800 rooms clean.

The toilet is in a separate room, with a door, a light, a small sink, and hand soap. I found that there were no towels provided to dry my hands. Climbing into the tub required stepping over a tall side. The shower controls required some adjustment to avoid scalding water.

The breakfast included a standard cold and warm buffet. A chef was available to prepare omelettes. Guests prepare their own drinks, it's self service.
